Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing Times

At 3D Print Mania, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Custom-made or large orders may take slightly longer; if so, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable UK couriers, including:

  • Royal Mail Tracked

  • Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class

  • DPD

  • Evri

The available shipping options and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable), so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Customs processing may extend delivery times

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.


We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address unless the parcel is returned to us by the courier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At 3D Print Mania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are often 3D-printed and sometimes custom-made, our returns policy is designed to be fair and compliant with UK consumer law.

Return Eligibility

You may return items if:

  • They arrive damaged, faulty, or defective

  • We have sent the wrong item

  • The product does not match the description

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged through misuse, heat, or improper handling

  • Items returned without prior authorisation

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at: info@3dprintmania.co.uk

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

 

We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, 3D Print Mania will cover return shipping costs

  • For other approved returns (if applicable), the buyer may be responsible for the cost

 

Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

 

Refunds

 

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Refunds may be refused if the item:

  • Shows signs of misuse

  • Is damaged (not due to original defect)

  • Is missing parts or accessories

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges for the same item are available depending on stock. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Important Note About 3D Printed Items

 

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process, which means minor layer lines, colour variations, or small imperfections may appear. These are normal and make each item unique. They are not considered defects.
